A WONDERFUL COLLECTION OF PIECES FROM THIS BELOVED SERIES
(from the 1980's - 1990's)

This is a list of items I am offering from a wonderful long time customer and patron of handmade. She is moving to elder care and has decided to give back some of the items she collected to the artists she collected from. The items shown in the photos are listed below each photo. All of these items were scaled for my 8-9" tall dolls. This series was only possible because I made it my first series of Clubs. These early clubs allowed many many people to acquire the items, starting with the Basic Doll, in either kit form or as finished items. At the end of the Finished Clubs, I offered a display shelf house with a glass front and a lighted interior. Among the items given back to me is one of these displays with all of its contents, which I have shown in the last photos.

An important note of clarification: Many of the larger cupboards and much of what is actually shown below is part of the contents of the large limited edition doll house, but which were also made available (only in finished form) to the collectors of the Early American Series.

THE EARLY AMERICAN SERIES GLASS FRONT DISPLAY HOUSE



This is the barrister style glass front "room" completely filled with all the dolls, clothing, furniture and accessories that were part of the first years of the Early American Doll Series Clubs for Finished Things, which for now, I am trying to keep complete as a set. If I can’t sell it complete (which would be a shame), I will sell all of its individual items including the glass front "room". Size is 37" wide x 18" tall x 16" deep , has interior lighting, a fabric back wall and the glass front lifts and is held up with a wood prop (see photo). The complete set includes everything you can see inside plus all 8 outfits for the two Basic Dolls.
