TINY DOLLS AS PINCUSHIONS
Like the other Tiny Dolls, she has a molded head torso and arms from my own original molds set into her pincushion skirt which is stuffed with wool roving and hard to see in the photo, there is a tiny pin tuck near the bottom of her skirt for that added special touch. Her flat base has a fabric covered wood foundation so she sits well on your work surface. She comes with her tiny accessories of a tiny strawberry emery and her tiny scissors. The first Tiny Pincushion Doll in pinks sold so fast, I decided to do another one in yellows (sold out) and then in blues as well. These were $258 each and now on sale for $194.

THE LITTLE DOLLMAKER, THE TINY DOLL #22, FOR 2024-25
I think the reason this doll so excites me is that I delight especially in the making of accessories for my dolls. I have had this idea for some time but couldn’t get past what size doll to use, because I really wanted it to be in the Tiny Doll size, but didn’t see how I could execute all the details for a doll that small. Then, just like that while I was unpacking some very old work of mine, the Plan unfolded in an instant. So, here it is. She is called the Little Dollmaker and features a 3.5” Tiny Doll in a dress and lace- trimmed pini and cap, sitting on a small painted wooden bench where she is sewing for her 1” (yes, one inch) wood clothespin doll. She will have her working brass scissors, pincushion, a spool of thread, a tiny stack of possible fabrics and a very tiny dress pattern for her very tiny doll.

HISTORICAL TINY DOLL FOR 2023-24
INSPIRED BY THE ILLUSTRATIONS OF KATE GREENAWAY
Due to so many requests, I have done another doll for 2023-24. Since I have loved the works of Kate Greenaway, the inspiration for this next doll comes from her many charming illustrations of children. Oh, the pinafores and bonnets. So the photos above are the final results.

TINY DOLL NO. NINETEEN (2020) ~ A TINY (3.5") ANNABELLE INSPIRED BY TASHA TUDOR'S BELOVED "A is for Annabelle"
My Tiny version of Annabelle will be recognized from the cover of the alphabet book "A is for Annabelle" by Tasha Tudor. She has painted blonde hair fashioned with a snood which can be seen in back below her straw bonnet trimmed with pink silk ribbon and a lace ruffle. Her dress is, of course, micro pink gingham in the late 1800's style with full petticoat, pantalets and pink slippers.

TINY DOLL NO. EIGHT ( 2010)
A TINY IZANNAH WALKER DOLL
Since I have begun a
24 year old pledge to do
an authentically made Izannah Walker doll, and have been doing
extensive study and research from actual Izannahs, I felt it
appropriate to do homage to this most beloved American doll.
The first doll in the series is not even a close match for
the detail and proper look of a real Izannah, so her name will
be changed to make room for this tiny Izannah who has all of
the just right detail. For a limited time (until my supply
runs out) all dolls will have a very tiny print in a vintage
fabric from the very period Izannah Walker lived and produced
her dolls.

TINY DOLL NO. SEVEN (2009)
A GREINER DOLL
Following the tradition set, the new doll for 2009 was a Greiner
papier mache doll of the type made and patented in 1858 by Ludwig
Greiner. Papier mache head, painted cloth body. She is outfitted
in a period dress and apron, plus undies. Sale price includes stand.

TINY DOLL NO.
TEN (2011) ~ MILLINERS MODEL
A very tiny version of this much collected doll complete with her
swept up hair with long side ringlets. She has the traditional jumpsuit
style cloth body with the usual blue paper bands that cover the joins
of the molded arms and legs to the body and her period gown with
lace collar and shoulder bows is made from a tiny blue print voile
printed just for her and to match her blue slippers and blue bands.(The Milliners Model doll is inspired by a spectacular 20" one
who came to live with me for a time for repairs to her papier mache
head).

SPECIAL EDITION MILLINERS MODEL
This version of
the Milliners Model started out as a batch of 12, but she was so favored that she became a permanent offering. The same doll and style of clothing, but done as a blonde with tea colored linen dress trimmed with rose silk ribbon and rose shoes.

FROM THE NURSERY RHYME-FAIRY TALE SERIES ~ HANSEL AND GRETEL
This well known duo are also available as a set and come with their stands. Like Little Red Riding Hood above, these too have posable arms and legs. Gretel has her day cap and Hansel his own cap and leather-like suspenders.

FROM THE NURSERY RHYME-FAIRY TALE SERIES ~ JACK AND JILL
More of the nursery rhyme characters are the well known Jack and Jill. The two-doll set comes on a wooden stand and both are holding a tiny red pail. The inspiration for their clothing was taken from paintings by Kate Greenaway with most of the fabrics and trims specially hand dyed here in my workshop to get the look. Like all the other dolls in this Tiny Doll Series, these too are 3.5" tall. This set, unlike the others, will be limited in number to 24 total. $475 for the set on their stand.

THE HALLOWEEN CAT AND THE BAT GIRL
Two more Tiny Dolls in the holiday theme for Halloween, the tiny Cat Girl and the Bat Girl both 3.5" tall, a child dressed up as a Halloween cat complete with ears, a tail and carrying her tiny pumpkin gathering tote and her companion dressed as a bat with bat wings and the tiniest of masks. Here we have little Mary tending her garden. THE 2023 VALENTINE'S TINY DOLL
Shown at left is my new Valentine's Tiny Doll all in pinks (including her hat which looks red in the photo). Like all the other holiday themed Tinies, she is 3.5" tall, or 4.5" to tip of hat. She too was inspired by vintage Valentines images. Her fabric was specially printed here in house to achieve the just-right look. All of her silk ribbons, the delicate lace at her collar and even her buttons are hand dyed to perfection. She holds a tiny garland of wooden hearts painted pink and her slippers are trimmed with tiny balls at the toes. She comes with her stand. She was $250, now on sale for $187

LITTLE MISS MUFFET
For those collecting this series, Little Miss Muffet is now in production. She, of course, comes sitting on her stuffed tuffet eating her curds and whey from a wooden bowl with a hand carved wooden spoon - just her size, which I can tell you is very small. The odious spider, embroidered, is stealthily crawling up the tuffet. She was $250, now on sale for $187.
